Dussing furniture warehouse Salajka
1920
The frontage is lettered in three languages at once, the proprietor's name across the gable in Hungarian form, the showroom and the joiner and upholsterer's trade in German, the warehouse again in Hungarian and once more in Serbian Cyrillic, one business advertising itself to a town that read all three. Three stamps of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes are stuck on the picture side and cancelled, and the district is written across the top in ink.
