Reverse of the five-gulden Banco-Zettel, 1806
The back of the 1806 five-gulden note carries only its value, set out line by line in German, Hungarian, Czech, Polish and Italian, from “Fünf Gulden” to “Cinque fiorini”. The printing of the face shows through the thin paper in mirror image, and pencilled inventory numbers stand across the top.
