The Reformed church in Telep
A line-drawing postcard of the Reformed church at Telep, its square tower topped by a pyramidal spire. Captioned in three languages beneath, Serbian, Hungarian ('Ref. templom a Telepen') and German ('Ref. Kirche am Telep'), all naming the same church in the Telep neighbourhood.
About this place
A district southwest of the centre, along the Danube. Its name is the Hungarian word for a settlement or colony and it is used in Serbian and Hungarian alike. The Hungarian Reformed congregation built its church here after 1918, and one of the archive's cards names the place directly: Ref. templom a Telepen, the Reformed church in Telep.
