Twin Towers on Lords' Street, the Post Office and Boys' School
The same twin towers seen on the Kossuth Lajos utca and post office cards recur again in the distance, which suggests Uri-utca runs toward the same corner of the town. A shop sign reading Aladár is legible at street level on the post office building. The heading names three things at once, M. kir. posta, the post office at left; Uri-utca, Lords' Street itself; and M. kir. állami polgári és kereskedelmi fiú iskola, the state civic and commercial boys' school, the grand building at right.
About this place
A tree-lined avenue running toward two church towers, with the Royal Hungarian post office on one side and the state civic and commercial boys' school on the other. Cards name all three at once in the heading.
On the card
Újvidék Magyar királyi posta. Úri utca. Magyar királyi állami polgári és kereskedelmi fiúiskola
