Sixty-para stamp with Prince Regent Alexander, 1921
The 60 para of the first definitive issue for the whole Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, on sale from 16 January 1921; from that date the kingdom's general issues served the post offices of Novi Sad and Petrovaradin. The para values show Prince Regent Alexander in uniform, the dinar values his father, King Peter I. The kingdom's name runs in Cyrillic at the top, КРАЉЕВСТВО СРБА, ХРВАТА И СЛОВЕНАЦА, and in Latin at the foot, and the imprint AMERICAN BANK NOTE CO. names the New York firm that printed the issue.
