The caption is set in Cyrillic and again in Latin, the two-script pairing of the Kingdom, and it identifies the block by who lived in it, flats for the officials of the Banovina administration, rather than by any name of its own. It is a separate building from the palace itself. The block stands alone on open grass with nothing built around it yet.
