The word for a hotel is painted on the front three times over, in Hungarian, in Cyrillic and in the international form, and the card is captioned in the same three scripts with the Hungarian name of the town set first, so the printing had not yet caught up with the change of state. The proprietor's name is painted along the angled corner and repeated twice more, and a second Hungarian name runs across the ground floor of the other wing.
On the card
Ujvidék. / Нови-Сад. / Neusatz. / Pera szálloda Fabry / HOTEL PERA FABRY / SZÁLLODA / ХОТЕЛ / HOTEL / ZAPLETAL KÁROLY.
