Twenty-fillér piece of the Kingdom of Hungary, 1916
A twenty-fillér piece of 1916, struck at Kremnitz in iron, because the nickel of the earlier coins had gone to the war industry. The obverse carries the Holy Crown of Hungary and the legend “MAGYAR KIRÁLYI VÁLTÓPÉNZ”, Hungarian royal change money, and the reverse the value between two branches with the mint mark “K.B.”. A hundred fillér made a korona, and small coins like this one were the change of wartime Neusatz.
