The Djurdjevo bus and its driver
A Mercedes-Benz motor coach drawn up at the kerb with its route lettered across the top of the windscreen, Djurdjevo to Novi Sad, and the intermediate stops painted in a line along the body below the windows. Luggage is roped to the roof rack. The driver stands against the front wing in a jacket and flat cap and a boy has climbed onto the bumper beside the radiator, which carries the maker's star. The registration reads B 2246.
