The same studio portrait as the bordered print, but printed the other way round, so Albert Einstein appears on the left and Mileva Marić on the right, and cropped close on their heads.
About this place
The house at Kisačka 20, the Novi Sad home of the Marić family and of Mileva Marić, the physicist who studied at the Zurich Polytechnic and married Albert Einstein. A memorial plate to the two of them stands a few doors away. The photographs gathered here are of the couple and their family rather than of the building; they are filed to this address because it is the place in Novi Sad that belongs to them.
