Railway tracks curve along the base of the Petrovaradin fortress walls toward a bridge carrying the line through the hillside, with telegraph poles marching alongside. Two women with a parasol sit at the trackside in the foreground. The card's German and Serbo-Croatian caption, with no Cyrillic, and its Milan Ivković Ujvidek publisher imprint match the pattern of other Austro-Hungarian era cards of this fortress.
