# Adamovits Palace

The name is set in Hungarian first with a Serbian Cyrillic version under it and no German at all, which puts the card under Hungarian administration before 1918. Two tram tracks are already laid in the setts, so this is after the lines opened in 1911. The ground outside is still being made up, with heaps of earth, a horse and cart, workmen with barrows and planks laid over the mud, and the shop openings at street level are dark and unfitted, so the building had only just gone up.
