# Buses Replace Trams Beside the Tanurdžić Palace

The square in the years after the buses took over from the trams: a double-decker and a single-deck coach stand where the rails still curve across the paving, unlifted. The shop opposite is fascia-lettered Узор in Cyrillic, and the sign frame on the roof of the streamline block has been stripped of its lettering.
