# War Damage at Jewish Street and Vasa Pelagić Street, Novi Sad

A corner building's upper storey is blown open, brickwork exposed and several windows taped in an X against blast, two soldiers standing at its entrance and a woman in a dark coat crossing the foreground. The corner carried two sets of names, the wartime pair and the earlier one: Jevrejska ulica, Jewish street, also II. Rákóczi Ferenc utca, meeting Vasa Pelagić street, also Bécsi utca, Vienna street.
