# A Sculpted Figure Group on the Boulevard Corner Parapet

An elevated view along a wide new boulevard, taken from above the shrubs of a garden. A rounded corner block of four storeys anchors the near end, its windows set in continuous bands and a sculptural group standing on the roof parapet between two slender masts, and behind it a run of flat-roofed modernist blocks steps away down the street. The roadway below opens into a roundabout with planted islands and young avenue trees, a few figures crossing it and a car at the kerb on the right. The card came from a Budapest publisher and the corner block was finished in the later 1930s, which places it in the Hungarian administration of 1941 to 1944.
