# The distillery sign on the gable

A painted sign fills the whole gable end above the trees, advertising the brothers' cognac, slivovitz and marc distillery in German, while the caption naming the town is Hungarian, so the town's official naming and the firm's own advertising sat in different languages on one card. The same firm's German trade notice survives separately. A handwritten message runs along the bottom of the picture.
