# Winter View Down Main Street Toward the Church, 1898

The card's own caption reads Foutcza, an older spelling of Fo utca, Main Street, with a printed imprint crediting Engel and Co, Dresden as publisher. A handwritten German message and the signature Konigstadtler Bela cross the sky above the street. The bare trees confirm the winter season, a single carriage stands in the roadway, and a slender monument on a low plinth stands before the tall spire of the Name of Mary church that closes the view.
