# A welcome arch of flags and greenery

A building dressed overall for an arrival: a banner reading ДОБРО ДОШЛИ, welcome, stretched across its front between flags and swags of greenery, wreaths hung on the wall above and a decorated stand set up under the eaves at the right. Men in uniform and in overcoats stand about the empty paved forecourt, and a tall lighting mast rises at the left.
