# The Collapsed Spans of the Prince Tomislav Bridge, 1941

Multiple sections of the wrecked road bridge lie plunged into the river at broken angles, twisted girders reaching down to the water. Two ornamental lamp pylons still stand upright amid the wreckage, and the cast 1928 date roundel shows again on a nearby girder. Buildings line the far bank, which the donor's caption places at Petrovaradin.
