# The Karátsonyi comital arms

The painted patent of the comital arms granted to Guido Joseph Ludwig Karátsonyi of Beodra: a quartered shield with a lion, a bull, a bear and further charges, held by a crowned lion and a griffin, five crested helms above it with their mantling in red, blue and silver, and the motto PIETATE HONORE ET PERSEVERANTIA on a red scroll below. The title is written in German script across the top of the sheet.
