# Peterwardein, by Thomas Ender

A tinted steel engraving of Petrovaradin seen from the Neusatz bank, the long barrack range along the crest of the rock and the water gate and quay wall below it. A group of figures stands among casks and bales on the near shore, and a ferry crowded with passengers is being rowed across. Drawn by the Viennese landscape painter Thomas Ender, engraved by Sand and published by Hartleben at Pest.
