# Five-korona silver coin of the Kingdom of Hungary, 1900

A five-korona piece of 1900 in silver, the largest silver coin of the new currency, with an older Franz Joseph wearing a laurel wreath and the same Hungarian titles as on the forint. On the reverse two angels hold the Holy Crown of Hungary above the value, “5 KORONA 1900”, within a wreath. It was struck in the first year in which the korona stood alone as the lawful money of Neusatz and the whole monarchy.
