# Neusatzer Lokalblatt und Bacskaer Bote

The front page of a German-language weekly published in Neusatz, its masthead set in heavy Fraktur over a subtitle addressing the man of business, trade and land, with the issue number at the left, the date at the centre and the year at the right. A standing notice gives the terms: every Saturday, five florins a year, with a stamp duty on each advertisement, and names the agents who took advertising in ten cities from Vienna to Cassel. Two stories share the page. The lead, quoted from the Ungarischer Actionär, follows the provincialisation of the Military Frontier as it passed from military to civil administration. At the right, a report on the Serbian popular assembly held in Neusatz on 26 March. Bibliographies trace the paper back through Ignaz Fuchs's Neusatzer Kreisblatt and Neusatzer Lokalblatt, the joint title running from 22 April 1865, with Fuchs as editor and publisher.
