# A Message from Petrovaradin on Novi Sad's Newest Excursion Spot

A steamboat and rowboats crowd the pontoon bridge below the Petrovaradin fortress and its church tower. The sender has written a Hungarian message directly across the sky of the card, addressed to Marika, describing this as the newest and, in the writer's opinion, most beautiful excursion spot near Ujvidek. The message appears to carry the date 1899, and the message being written on the picture side rather than a divided back is consistent with a card from that period. The publisher's imprint names Ignaz Urban of Neusatz.
