# Hungarian Soldiers Posing on Miklós Horthy Boulevard, 1941

A group of soldiers in Hungarian army uniform pose in two rows on a tree-lined boulevard, one row standing and the other seated or reclining on the pavement in front of them. A shop sign reading Hajzer is visible above a storefront on the left, where a couple of men in civilian dress stand watching. The trees along the boulevard are bare of leaves, and multi-story buildings with shuttered windows run the length of the street behind the group.
