A tram waits further down the street while horse carts stand at the kerb and pedestrians cross under the shop awnings, and the card is hand-coloured. The caption pairs Cyrillic with Latin and gives the street to Alexander as king, a title he took only in 1921, so the card cannot be earlier than that.
