# The Railway Bridge Destroyed, Men Surveying the Wreckage, Novi Sad

A photograph shows the railway bridge collapsed into the river, its lattice towers folded down into the water and its deck torn apart, with Petrovaradin fortress standing intact on the hill behind. Several men in coats and hats stand on the riverbank surveying the wreckage. A purple stamp reading UJVIDEK has been added across the top of the card.
