A paddle steamer crosses the Danube before Petrovaradin Fortress, its rigging and upper deck crowded with passengers. The fortress and a church tower rise beyond the trees on the far bank. Captioned 'Ujvidek, Peterváradi erod' (Novi Sad, Petrovaradin Fortress).
