# Franz Joseph Square, a Message Written Across the Sky

The neo-Gothic Church of the Name of Mary rises in red brick at the center of Ferenc József tér, its spire towering over the surrounding shops and a statue set before a low white building to its right. Horse-drawn carts and carriages stand along the street. A sender has covered much of the sky with a handwritten message, too dense to read in full. The caption is printed in Hungarian and German. The publisher's imprint dates the card to 1915.
