Overhead wires cross the sky above the Gothic church tower and a curving street of market stalls with fringed wooden canopies, tram tracks visible in the roadway. Horse carts stand at the roadside, one lettered MO on its tailboard, and a tobacconist's sign, Trafik, is legible on the building to the right. A private snapshot, dated 1917.
