# Policemen before two tramcars

Four men in dark uniform greatcoats and peaked caps stand in the roadway before two tramcars drawn up on the rails. The nearer car is numbered 27 on its panel and shows its running gear and coupling below the body; the second stands behind with its bow collector raised. Low buildings and a fence run away at the left and the ground is unmade.
