# The Jewish Public School

The school is the long single-storey range under the tiled roof, and the sign over its arched entrance is hidden behind bare branches. The neo-Gothic spire and a second church tower close the view along the street, which puts this at the inner end of Futoška looking back towards the town centre. The caption is Hungarian only, which places the card before 1918, and it identifies the school by confession, an Israelite elementary school, with the street name set in the older double-t spelling.
