# The House of Public Health, the full front

The long front of the House of Public Health seen square on across the road, its six giant Ionic columns rising through the upper two floors under a plain entablature with a band of rosettes, and a coat of arms set in the parapet above. Wings of three storeys run away on either side with shuttered windows. The entrance below the colonnade carries lettering in Cyrillic and Latin, saplings in guards stand along the kerb, three figures walk on the far pavement and a handcart waits at the right.
