# Two Views of the Wrecked Tomislav Bridge, 1942

Two frames from the same roll, printed side by side. At left, the collapsed span of a road bridge rises from the Danube with Petrovaradin Fortress on the hill behind it. At right, a closer view shows the same twisted wreckage grounded near the shore beside a telegraph pole. The ruin is the Most kraljevica Tomislava, the King Tomislav Bridge, destroyed in 1942.
