# The road bridge to Petrovaradin, with the fortress below

The steel truss arches overhead in close-up, with Petrovaradin Fortress's ramparts and barracks spread across the hill directly beneath the span and a second, lower bridge visible further back across the water, so road and rail crossings existed side by side by this date. The heading, Ujvidék-Pétervárad, Közúti híd, names the road bridge between Novi Sad and Petrovaradin.
