# Bread Street, the Credit Institution in the Distance

The domed credit institution named in the title is visible partway down the narrow street, with two women in headscarves at right and men standing in the roadway. An extensive handwritten letter fills the right margin and lower edge, addressed with the nickname Bertuska. The heading gives the street's name in Hungarian and German together, Kenyer-uteza and Brodgasse, both meaning Bread Street, matching the Serbian Lebarski sokak recorded for this location.
