# Look left, painted across the wet crossing

A man in a long dark overcoat stands alone in the middle of a broad wet road, hands in his pockets, looking at the camera. Around him the carriageway is painted with a wide pedestrian crossing of white bars, and across its near edge large white capitals spell ПОГЛЕДАЈ ЛЕВО, look left; further lettering runs across the far side of the crossing behind him. The wet asphalt reflects the markings and the shopfronts beyond. The shop signs across the road include Тоска in Cyrillic script, МУШКИ И ЖЕНСКИ ФРИЗЕР over a men's and women's hairdresser, a sign beneath a coat of arms, and at the right edge a large Cyrillic script sign cut off after Југор. On the pavement at the left a figure under an umbrella wheels a bicycle and a man in a hat strides past, and another figure stands at the hairdresser's window.
